At Abov Earth, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here are the terms for exchanges and refunds:
- Eligibility Window: You can exchange or return items within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Process for Exchange/Return: To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service at hello@abovearth.co with your order number and details of the item to be returned.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed in 5-7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the replacement item will be sent to you once the original item is received, inspected and processed.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: The shipping costs for returning an item are not covered by Abov Earth, unless specified otherwise in communication, and unless the return is due to a defect in the product.
